Is there a parking lot?

Yes. We have a free parking lot.
We offer charging facilities for two electric vehicles. Additionally, EV and PHEV charging stations will be available in October. Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to use the facility for a day trip?

I am afraid it is not possible to do so.

What is the capacity?

Each room can accommodate up to 4 people.
*It does not include the number of pre-school children who co-sleep.
How many beds are there?

Is smoking allowed at the facility?

Smoking is prohibited within our facility such as a dome-shaped tent and kitchen building.
However, it is allowed in an outdoor space on a wood deck at each room.
Please notify us at the reception if you smoke. You can use an ashtray.
*For guests who smoke in prohibited areas, they will be charged a restoration fee as well as an accommodation fee for the following day.

What amenities do you have?

Bath towel, hand towel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, toothbrush set, comb, pajamas, and bathing clothes for sauna (Paid service).
Do you have kitchenware?

Kitchen knife, cutting board, various, various tableware and BBQ stove (Paid service).
Do you have condiments?

For hygienic reasons, we do not provide condiments. Please bring them by yourself.
*However, they are provided for guests who have chosen a plan with meals.
What equipment do you have in a room?

Private sauna, mobile home (toilet・bathroom・mini kitchen), hair dryer, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, air conditioner and heater, kitchen knife, cutting board, various tableware, and BBQ stove (If you bring your ingredients by yourself, it’s a paid service.)
Is it possible to have a BBQ and meal even if it rains?

Yes. We have a dedicated dining space with a roof.
Is an air conditioner installed?

Yes. All rooms are equipped with an air conditioner and heater, so you can have a comfortable stay throughout the year.
Are bathrooms (toilets) and shower rooms installed?

Yes. All rooms are individually equipped with a bathroom (toilet) and shower room.
Is the sauna equipped with a cold bath?

Yes, it is.
Is it possible to bring a fire pit and stove?

I am afraid fire-causing devices are not allowed at our facility. Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to do fireworks?

Only handheld fireworks are allowed. We will guide you to the designated area.
Can I see fireflies?

It depends on the year, but you can usually view them from late June to early July.
Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?

There is a roadside station and convenience store nearby.

Are there any restrictions on the number or size of dogs?

There is not a size restriction, but the number is limited to three dogs. Thank you for your understanding.
Are there any zones where dogs are not allowed?

*Please note that dogs cannot be on a bed or sofa.
Please bring a bed for your dogs by yourself.
Is it ok to leave my dogs outside a crate?

They are free to move around without a crate in a dome-shaped tent and dining space.
Which room has the largest dog run?

The biggest one is “RIVER 2 beds” and the second biggest is “FOREST .”
Are there any conditions for a stay?

Please bring a certificate of rabies vaccination.
Plus, please note that we are not responsible for any incidents related to your dogs.
*If your dogs are not unable to receive the rabies vaccine due to an illness or allergies, please present a “medical exemption certificate” issued by a veterinarian instead.
Do you have any equipment and amenities for dogs?

We have a crate with a roof and dog water bowl prepared.
